Spencer & Spencer were absolutely fantastic to work with! We purchased our first Atlas from McDonald/Spencer and had such a great experience that we didn’t hesitate to return when we were ready for another vehicle. We spotted an ID.4 online that caught our eye and emailed Spencer on a Sunday evening. By Monday morning, he had responded, and after a few quick conversations, we were driving off the lot with our new ID.4 that very afternoon. Spencer was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire process seamless. We also met with the other Spencer, who was equally helpful—he walked us through the documentation process and patiently answered all our questions. We’ll definitely continue bringing our business back to McDonald and the Spencers. Highly recommend!

McDonald VW made getting into a car super easy, which means, I have a new debt. Ha! Albeit a fun one to drive. Tanner was super helpful and attentive. I was able to get him to come down $1 on my payments and he hooked it up with a bomb Italian Sandwich from their deli. When my lease is up on this one I definitely plan to give him a call and get him to help me on the next one.
